Birthday pictures~

Wyatt loved his LEGO cake....

Wyatt was so excited. He was the first one up Saturday morning! He found me .... and was smiling from ear to ear!

Thanks to all who gave me ideas and help. I appreciate it so much. I did *copy* several of your ideas. I really like that all of the ideas were very easy.... and not expensive!

We played several games. Lots of laughs.... even my older children played....

We did relays...... with legos on spoons ~

We also played chopstick legos ~ you put a bunch of legos in a big bowl ... set the timer for 1 minute.... and see who can pick up the most legos and put them in their bowl. It was lots of fun~ Michael did try to poke the little boys with his chopsticks! grrrr....

Amber did the Lego cookie decorating center..... we used Cindy's recipe (from Joel's Journey). They loved decorating their cookies.....

Another game we played was "mummy wrap" we took two rolls of streamers per team and raced to see which team could "wrap up" their person (Wyatt & Wesley).

Our menu was

Little smokies
veggie tray
pigs in a blanket
cheese dip/chips
plus cake ~

He opened his presents and they were all legos! He spent a long time putting things together... he loved it.

We had a wonderful time... memories made. Thank you for peeking in.... I really appreciate you stopping by and your comments.... this computer fustrates me more than you will ever know. Hopefully in the next couple months we will have high speed.

Happy Birthday, Wyatt... we love you. We are so very thankful that God gave you to us. You are such a sweet boy. May God shine His face on you.... hugs.....

Behold, children are a heritage from the Lord, the fruit of the womb is a reward. Ps. 127:3

  2. Everything turned out beautifully from what I can see. What a great cake!! We love that "mummy" idea - the kids all get busy trying to out do the other team. It's such fun for them. All you games sounded great. I'll have to remember them for our next birthdays~
