Compassion changes everything..... the way you view yourself, the world and even Jesus. This five week exploration of compassion touches the head and the heart.

How you can win....  leave a comment sharing about your sponsored child,  share this on fb, share on your blog.....   or sponsor a child today!  Everything gets one entry but if you sponsor a child today you get 10!
I do have two sweet children that are waiting on you to change their life forever...
Amit Singh
He is 11 years old and from India. Isn't he so sweet. I can see his smile.... just a bit. Wouldn't it be a wonderful Christmas present for him to find out he has a sponsor?!

Nabukalu Robinah
She is 16 yrs old. She is from Uganda. I look at the sadness in her face. I wonder if she has been sponsored before or maybe she never received any letters telling her how precious and special she is. Telling her how much God loves her. Yes, an awesome Christmas gift would be for Nabukalu to find out she has a sponsor!

Can't wait to read all the comments. I love hearing from each one of you. May God give you His grace and peace this weekend.

I will pick the winner on Tuesday November 8th. The day I was married 31 yrs ago.

Grace~ Teena

  1. I sponsor my PRECIOUS baby, Channu, from India. She has changed my life forever! It's amazing that a child halfway across the world who i have never met can make such an impact in my life!!! Channu is 4 years old and she is an only child (so far :). Her parents are married and she attends the Compassion project daily. I also correspond with 2 wonderful kids! My first Correspondent child is Alicia (or Delmy.. she has 4 names and im not sure which she goes by). Delmy lives in El Salvador. She is in more of a wealthy family than most Compassion kids. Some say she doesn't really need sponsorship, but I just love her no matter how much she has(: She lives in a house with electricity. She also has a 16 year old sister. My second Correspondent child is Maganga. I know very little about this little fellow, B\c i haven't received a letter from him, yet. He lives in Tanzania, Africa, and he is 9 years old(:

I'm very excited about your giveaway! Love you and thanks for sharing!!(:

    Your friend,

I do not finacially sponsor a child, but I have two correspondent sponsored girls. Aprilla Rambu Kartini is eight and she lives in the beautiful country of Indonesia. She loves the colors red and yellow, and she likes to ride her bike and play with her dolls. She lives with her mom and dad and siblings. Lucie Floreal lives in Haiti, but as far as I know, she was not affected by the earthquake. She is 15 and also likes the color red. The most amazing thing about her is....she LIKES washing dishes!

I am excited about this giveaway. Thanks,

  3. I posted about your giveaway on my blog! And I'd really love to win the book.

I've written about my of my kids over on my blog, do I also have to tell you here for another chance to win? Most of my kids are older and from Africa...and I really have a passion for the older teenagers...hints my 19 year old from Rwanda, Karabukirwa :)

  4. This is such a great book! A must read in my opinion : ) I love how it is just packed full of Scripture.

  5. Teena, awesome book!

Don't enter me for the giveaway as I already own a copy. I just wanted to let everyone know how great it is.

Our family went through the whole book together in the months before our missions trip to the Philippines this past summer. It helped to prepare us for what we experienced.

  6. I sponsor Ezra from Indonesia and I'm a correspondent for Victoria in Ghana.

It's one of the best things ever. Seriously. I love those girls, even having just gotten Victoria in August. They're so beautiful, so loved... and I love having the opportunity to tell them so!!!!
