We normally blog when everything is ok.... good. Today I am feeling the stress/pressure of several things.... so I am coming asking for prayer.
I read over at another blog about how everything always looks perfect on our blogs. The pictures are small captions..... we center them to look the best.
We are all sinners saved by grace.
We all make mistakes, get angry, fustrated.... fuss at the kids too much, do not stay in the word like we should.... spend too much, eat too much..... and the list goes on and on..... I have been guilty of everyone of those listed ....
This week has been a tough one.....
Several snippets of what God has given me....

ReplyDeleteI've tried to be mainly positive on my blog but every now and then I show my bad days too, because let's face it we all have them. I pray things will get better for you. That verse is one of my favs.

Oh yes those heavy, hard times come don't they? Praise the Lord we have HIM to carry us and our burdens!!
ReplyDeleteI've been in a funk since getting the news about my husband and son. I'm so thankful to be going through this pre-deployment time with JESUS as last time I was without Him ~ God is good!!!

Nice post..such true words. We started a new Bible study last night called the Truth Project. Boy was there a lot in one hour. There are 12 weeks...my head will be full and overflowing.

This is very good and so true. I know what you mean about blogging about all the good times and staying silent through the bad. I wonder what it is that makes us that way.
