Mandi comes home! We are excited. Yesterday she visited the Compassion Project in Kenya. I can't wait to hear all her stories and see hundreds of pictures. Alyssa and I will travel to Atlanta to pick her up. We felt it would be good to just be the girls and then she can rest or sleep on the way home (about 3-4 hrs). The three of us will stop and eat somewhere.....
The guys will all be here to welcome her home..... Wyatt & Wesley are really excited...
We will be able to have PASTA again! I know that may sound funny but the men in our family (except Michael) do not care for much italian food. WE LOVE IT. My mom was italian.... and I LOVE IT! Mandi loves it too! Since she left I haven't cooked spaghetti at all! Oh I made baked ziti when Mike & Amber came last month.... but that was it for italian food.
Tomorrow dh and I plan to take Alyssa out to supper. We have a surprise for her. She turned 13 in August and we have promised to take her out. I will share "her surpise" with you.... soon. I will not wait as long as I did for the last surprise....
